Patient Scheduling & Records System

Meridian's clinics were each running their own paper-based scheduling, which made it impossible to see patient history across locations or manage no-shows consistently. We built a shared scheduling and records system with role-based access for reception, clinical, and billing staff, and automated SMS appointment reminders that cut no-show rates by roughly a third.

Data handling was built around applicable healthcare privacy requirements from day one, not retrofitted afterwards.
